Introduction
Welcome to DataDriven Institute. These Terms of Service govern your use of our training sessions, digital resources, and merchandise. By enrolling in any of our offerings or purchasing from our online store, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
"Services" refers to live and virtual sessions, tutorials, workshops, and consultation programs provided by DataDriven Institute.
2. Digital Products
"Digital Products" refers to downloadable files, e-books, course materials, templates, and video recordings delivered electronically.
3. Merchandise
"Merchandise" refers to physical items such as books, apparel, accessories, and other branded goods available for purchase.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate contact and billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. Unauthorized sharing of account access may in suspension of services.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
At DataDriven Institute, we aim for complete satisfaction across all offerings. Please review the guidelines for refunds and changes below.
5.1 Live Training Sessions
Requests to reschedule a session must be submitted at least 48 hours before the start time via contact us. To request a refund for a session, submit a request at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method. A nominal processing fee of 5% applies.
Certain specialized one-on-one reviews or customized programs are non-refundable due to personalized preparation. These sales are final to ensure resource allocation.
5.2 Digital Resources
Due to the nature of instant access, digital resource purchases cannot be refunded once the download link or access credentials have been issued. If a purchase was unauthorized or made in error, please contact us within 7 days. Reimbursements, when approved, will be issued within 10 business days.
5.3 Merchandise
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt with supporting photos and order details via contact us. Upon confirmation, we will ship a replacement or process a refund within 15 business days after we receive the shipped item. For items you wish to ship back under our satisfaction promise, send the unused product in its original packaging to the address below within 30 days. Shipping charges for sending back items are the purchaser's responsibility.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our site. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
